Dutch Oven

  • Enamel is not non-stick. Sometimes your enameled cast iron sticks simply because it is too hot. To prevent enameled cast iron from sticking, we recommend to cook with low to medium heat, and use sufficient oil before adding any food.

  • Stains are to be expected when you use enameled cookware and does not affect performance. Stains can be removed by wiping with a damp cloth and enamel cleaner.

  • We recommend cleaning with a nylon sponge and dish soap and drying thoroughly. Applying a small amount of cooking oil around the rim to create a seal can prevent rust. Avoid leaving a cast iron cookware to drip dry on a drainer.

  • The peeling is often a result of accidental impacts. To address this, we've enhanced enamel adhesion through a special crafting process. Our ongoing packaging upgrades aim to minimize any transit-related issues.
